Q: What does Attenta! Mean?
A: It is Italian meaning "Attention!". We chose the name to draw attention and awareness to the plight of abuse encountered by women and children from all walks of society.
Q: Who owns Attenta!?
A: There are 2 of us in a partnership working with international artisans.
Q: What are your backgrounds?
A: We have both lived in various countries throughout the world - namely South Africa, Canada, USA, Italy, Buenos Aires and now Australia. We have both been involved in various aspects of the arts , from fashion buying and editing to decor and design.
Q: How do you choose which programs to support?
A: We carefully select programs that are endorsed at both a state and national level supporting abused women and children throughout Australia.
Q: Where do your products come from?
A: Our current ranges are created by artisans from Madagascar, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Q: Are you products mass produced and therefore each piece identical ?
A: No, due to the fact that they are all hand - crafted our pieces are exclusive and not mass produced. There will always be variations in the pieces crafted. No two pieces will ever be identical as there may be slight adjustments in colouration, tone or texture. These differences would always be very slight and certainly not detract from the "original" item.
Q: Do you supply any stores?
A: Yes , our products are currently available in selected stores throughout Australia. We are constantly expanding our outlets.
Q: What if my perfume bottle arrives broken?
A: Please contact us immediately, return it to us and we will send a replacement.
Q: Can you send the gift overnight?
A: We are happy to organise an overnight courier at an additional charge to you.
Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we are more than willing to. We do have a table of postage rates which will automatically be calculated for buyers within Australia. Should you wish to purchase goods internationally (outside of Australia) we will willingly calculate the postage rates for you and notify you of these.
